Venitian Colors



Soda firings turn ceramic bowls  into jewels. These glazes remind me of the Venetian paintings with their intense saturated colors. There is no glaze on the outside - just a subtle shimmer  of a soda fired surface. Atmospheric firing is always a  potter's quiet luxury.
